Biography
Ben is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Trusts & Estates practice, which focuses on probate, estate and trust administration and litigation. Ben works with clients to tailor estate plans to their individual needs by drafting various instruments, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and health care proxies.
Ben received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2013. During his time at St. John’s, Ben served in the Consumer Justice for the Elderly: Litigation Clinic and was a member of the New York Litigator Law Journal. For his Pro Bono efforts during law school, he was awarded the Bronze Pro Bono Service Award at graduation.
